As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to develop we wanted to assure you that we are taking measures in response to the outbreak.
At present Surechem Products remains fully operational and we are working closely with our suppliers to try to ensure continuity of supply.
We are also trying to ensure that customers orders are fulfilled to their requirments, but there could be occasions where deliveries take a little longer than usual or are having to me made by a third party.
Some of our raw materials are sourced from Europe and the Far East. These products are still available but at times are taking a little longer than usual to arrive into our stock
A very few products have been put onto allocation as a result of very high demand. We are closely monitoring the situation, but it could be necessary to prioritise supply.
Our sales department will advise and keep you informed.
In line with UK Government directions we continue to carry out risk assessments to ensure that all staff and any personnel visiting or delivering to our site can operate in an environment as safe as possible.
